Goods subject to this Contract Notice were previously advertised on TED on 22.9.2021. No. 21564 Various drugs 55 f. hepatitis C, but canceled 27.10.2121 due to technical problem in the electronic tender system. This unforeseen delay means that existing contracts for the goods (medicines) may expire if usual tender deadlines are to be followed. Therefore there is a state of urgent need for accelerated process. Authorizations for accelerated process is referred to Article 58.in Icelandic Act for Public Procurement, also Article 27. Directive 2014/24/EU.
