This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice awarding a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Loreburn Housing Association is entering into a contract with Designer Software Ltd to continue to provide the annual maintenance and support for the “Homemaster” Housing Management and Finance integrated IT system.
This also allows Loreburn to continue to use this operating platform that it has configured to meet its business requirement in relation to Housing Management, Financials, Income Maximation, Repairs and Maintenance Management, Document Storage and performance reporting. Loreburn has bespoke API integrations with its other key IT systems to deliver key repairs and maintenance services.
The contract allows Loreburn to have its systems maintained by the provider, Designer Software Ltd, and this contract ensures that Loreburn Housing Association continues on the latest version of the system and has technical support should it have any issues, particularly around the APIs with our systems.

This Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice directly awarding this contract without prior publication is to allow Loreburn to continue to use its current IT operating platform that it has configured to meet its business requirement in relation in relation to Housing Management, Financials, Income Maximation, Repairs and Maintenance Management, Document Storage and performance reporting.
