Overview :

UNDP has been working on Environmental activities in Indonesia for many years, and has contributed significantly through provision of policy advice and technical assistance, and by promoting and brokering dialogue and engaging in knowledge networking. UNDP looked at the need of consultant to support the procurement and supply chain services provided to internal and external stakeholders. The consultant will work closely with procurement team in the UNDP Country Office and other relevant stakeholders in developing tools required. In order to ensure quality result of the activities, especially on the procurement process which in line with UNDP regulation system that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above mentioned subject. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following:

a) Procurement Notice

b) Annex I - The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;

c) Annex II - The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.           

d) Annex III -  Confirmation of Interest and Submission of Financial Proposal, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP;

e) P11 Form, as a form for your personal history
