The Government of India has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Ecosystem Services Improvement Project (ESIP) and it is intended that part of the proceeds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the supply of Open Top Drums for upscaling of SLEM best practice related to biopesticides & biofertilizers application for productivity enhancement in the ESIP areas of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

The Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education now invites online bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Open Top Drums for upscaling of SLEM best practice related to biopesticides & biofertilizers application for productivity enhancement in the ESIP areas of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures agreed with the World Bank. The bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bank’s Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 of the Guidelines setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Bidding documents are available online on Government of India, Central Public Procurement Portal (e-Procurement), website: https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app and ICFRE Website: www.icfre.gov.in from 20 January 2022 to 17 February 2022. Last date and time for receipt of bids is 18 February 2022, 17:30 Hrs through Government of India, Central Public Procurement Portal (eProcurement), website: https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app.
