Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project entitled : Market Transformation in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Project and other initiatives in the Environment Unit  that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above mentioned Title. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following:

a) The Terms of Reference (Annex I);

b) The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability (Annex III - Form of Interest), which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP and please state 1 province out of 12 provinces you would like to apply.

c) . Filled out and duly signed P11 with referees or CV with 3 referees, and

d) The Individual Consultant General Terms and Conditions (Annex II), which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process. Should you be interested and decide to submit an offer for this assignment, kindly send them no later than 23 December 2020 at 1700 hours (GMT +7) to bids.id@undp.org.
