Dear Madam / Sir,
We kindly request you to submit your proposal for Individual International Consultant (IC) – UNDAF Evaluation (2015-2018) in Sierra Leone SLE/ICPN/2019/009.’ as detailed in Annex 1 of this ICPN. When preparing your Proposal, please be guided by the General Terms and Conditions for Services attached hereto as Annex 2.
