REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: INSTITUTIONAL CONSULTANCY FOR RAPID ASSESSMENT ON SAFE AND INCLUSIVE SCHOOL REOPENING ENROLMENT, IN THE CONTEXT OF COVID-19.

Submission Methodology
Kindly submit a separate both Technical and Financial Proposal which will be assessed independently. Only proposals that comply with the minimum technical criteria will continue to the next stage of the financial assessment.
