The 633d Contracting Squadron has a requirement to replace the CCTV Closed Circuit TV) with upgraded Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Cameras around the exterior of building 1302 and 1308 with low light Pan/Tilt/Zoom systems is planned. The current setup works best during the day but at night exterior vision/surveillance is extremely limited. This installation also includes training on the new access control system based on the attached Performance Work Statement for the 497 ISR on Langley AFB, VA. The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with DYNAMIC SYSTEMS INTEGRATION; 572 CENTRAL DRIVE, STE 104 VIRGINIA BEACH VIRGINIA 23454.The NAICS code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5M.
