UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) would like to invite you to submit a proposal to develop Standard Operating Procedure for establishment of effective communication function at public healthcare sector in line with UNICEF and WHO standards, including a sample crisis communication plan.

The Proposals MUST be received by latest 17:00 (Nur-Sultan time UTC+6:00) on 17 September 2021
