This procurement is subject to Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements as deliveries to* Norman Wells, NT; Kuujjuaq, QC; and La Grande Rivière, QC; are required.

The Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements that apply to this procurement are:

The Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement;
The James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (Cree Provisions);
The James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (Inuit Provisions);
