United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Myanmar wishes to procure services for Digitization of the Certification/Registration of Persons/Children with Disabilities in Myanmar.

In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your company to submit offers as outlined in the LRPS-2020-9162841 which is attached herewith.

This is an URGENT request and please send your offers to procurementyangon@unicef.org, as early as possible before the deadline 30 November 2020, Monday (11:00 AM).

Electronic submission: The bidders should submit their proposals in separate mails for Technical and Financial respectively to the following submission mail ONLY at procurementyangon@unicef.org.

- Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal- LRPS-2020-9162841"

- Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal- LRPS-2020-9162841"

- Services Form to be signed and sent along with the technical proposal for acceptance of GTCs.
