 Bid Instruction to bidders for Invitation to Bid for supply and Delivery of Tools and Equipment

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ethiopia Country Office hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to   Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Interested and Qualified Bidders prepare their Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it though eTendering indicated in: https://etendering.partneragencies.org.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to info.procurementet@undp.org, indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system not later than 15 October 2019. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB. 

Bid submission date and time is as indicated on the eTendering system.

 In the course of preparing and submitting your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it is submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. In case of any discrepancies deadline indicated in the eTendering system shall prevail.

Kindly ensure that supporting documents required are in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files and Quotations. NOTE! The File name should contain only Latin characters (No Cyrillic or other alphabets).

Please note that ATLAS has following minimum requirements for password:

Minimum length of 8 characters.

At least on capital letter.

At least one number.

New bidder registering for first time, system will not accept any password that does not meet the above requirements and thus registration cannot be completed.

For already existing bidders whose current password does not meet the criteria, when signing in, system will prompt you to change the password, and it will not accept a new password that does not meet requirement.

 The bidders are advised to use Internet Explorer (Version 10 or above) to avoid any compatibility issues with the e-tendering system.

No hard copy or email submissions will be accepted by UNDP.
