Specifications for the renovations: 

1. Cover balcony of 1st floor and making sitting arrangement for four persons:

a. Cover the balcony by Thai and iron bar; Or propose any better option

b. Cover roof by corrugated sheet and making false ceiling in inner side to protect heat; or propose any better option

c. Make sliding widow provision; Or suitable ventilation option

d. Install f Air conditioner; vertical blind and SRF for window;

f. Supply desk and chair, file rack keeping similarity with other office desks

2. Rearrangement and sitting plan for 1st floor middle common space. Currently two persons are sitting there, and remaining space are used for printing, photocopying etc. The place is partially covered by Thai and there is one air conditioner.

a. Make sitting space for at least four persons and space for printer, photocopier etc.;

b. Cover the HR personnel sitting place to maintain privacy;

c. Plan for additional air conditioner if required.

d. Supply desk /chair as required keeping similarity with another desks/ chairs

3. Rearrangement and sitting plan in ground floor back side sitting space. Currently there are three sitting desks and a printer is there. Plan and rearrangement for:

a. Make three persons sitting place

b. Locate printer there

c. Supply desk/chair, file rack keeping similarity with another desks/ chair

d. Increase height of the middle Thai partition up to roof

Interested parties will visit the office physically and quote for each item separately

Work must be completed by 30 November 2019. Payment will be made after full completion of the work

Expected qualifications of the Firm/Team:

Team Leader: B Arch. (graduated in Architecture) from any renowned/ recognized university and having at least 5 years of experiences in similar work. Additional team members with Interior Designer and civil work background will be added advantage.
