a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized - pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - with determines to contract n. 1341 R.U.A. on 29.11.2021.

c) The entire contractual execution cannot be subcontracted. Subcontracting is allowed, pursuant to art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 due to the particular type of products required, the assembly of which could require the use of companies other than the contractor. Furthermore, the quality of the KEMAFs will be ensured by the declarations / certifications presented, for which the Administration has also reserved the right to carry out all further analytical checks at other accredited Centers / Bodies / Bodies / Institutes in order to verify the veracity of the sampling / documentation / declarations submitted.
