Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

A causa di circostanze impreviste ed imprevedibili sopravvenute in corso di esecuzione, si è registrata una erosione anticipata del massimale del contratto che ha comportato la ridistribuzione del residuo dell'importo contrattuale sulle attività comprese nel contratto e la parallela anticipazione della scadenza contrattuale al 31/05/2022. La modifica si inquadra nelle previsioni dell'art.106, comma 1,lettera C) del D.Lgs. 50/2016. Nel caso di specie, il maggior utilizzo dei servizi oggetto del contratto è stato causato da sopravvenute ulteriori esigenze, non previste all'atto di indizione della procedura di selezione, in quanto dovute a modifiche derivanti dall'emergenza sanitaria dovuta al Covid, alla proroga con l'ente SAPNA e alle nuove convenzioni stipulate con enti quali aziende sanitarie locali, non prevedibili in fase di stima dell'appalto
