| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) kindy invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Construction of Emergency Operations Center in Federated States of Micronesia. PRE-BID MEETING: Time: 14.00 FSM time (GMT+11) Date: August 25, 2021 Venue: UNDP, 2/F Kevin Pelep Building, Kolonia, Pohnpei, FSM. Zoom Meeting ID: 2108190641 SITE VISIT The UNDP Procurement can be contacted for site visit: akmaljon.topivoldiev@undp.org, victorina.loyola@undp.org. Site inspections will be allowed. Potential proposers can visit the site between 25 Aug – 10 Sep 2021 from 9 AM to 3 PM Pohnpei, FSM time (UTC + 11). Potential proposers must contact the abovementioned focal person at least three (3) days in advance. During the site inspections, the potential proposers are requested to refrain from asking questions regarding the bidding process. Such questions will be addressed during the pre-bid conference. For bidders unable to come to FSM due to the Covid19 travel ban, UNDP may arrange for a video recording upon request.
