The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in KUWAIT hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Provision of Hotel accommodation, Conference facilities and Catering services.
The purpose of the tender is to conclude Long-term agreements (LTAs) for a period of one year.
The tender is divided in THREE LOTS as per follow:
Bidders can bid for a preferred Lot as per the Bid Data Sheet instructions.
If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.
Bids in sealed envelopes will be submitted on or before October 31, 2018 10:00 AM Kuwait time with a mandatory marking “ITB/UNDP/KW/2018/03 – Hotels Accommodation, Conference and catering services, Lot no: ….” to the address below:
