Description

The Amplifying Youth Voice & Action to address Citizen Security & Safety (AYVA) Project of the UNDP Multi-Country Office in Jamaica is looking for a Knowledge Management (KM) Consultant to lead the process of identification and dissemination of best practices and lessons learnt related to the AYVA Project. The KM Consultant will be expected to document best practices, lessons learnt, and recommendations related to the project’s design, incubator approach, and partnerships established. Similarly, the consultant will engage the ten youth-led organizations and relevant partners to identify, document and support the dissemination of lessons arising from the implementation of the microprojects and other project components. The deliverables of the consultancy will inform the upscaling of the AYVA pilot and similar initiatives within the UNDP Jamaica Multi Country Office.

Proposals should be submitted by email to procurement.jamaica@undp.org  procurement.jamaica@undp.org no later than Wednesday, December 13th1st, 2021 at 15:00 (Jamaica time, UTC-5), using the following subject line: JAM-0000157189-2021 Knowledge Management Consultant. Offers received after the aforementioned date and time will not be considered.

Any request for clarification must by standard electronic communication to the e-mail indicated above, no later than November 26th, 2021 at 15:00 (Jamaica time, UTC-5). The Procurement Unit of UNDP in Jamaica will respond by standard electronic mail and will send copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.

This process is directed only to one individual.  Any proposal received jointly by more than one individual, or a company, will be rejected. Likewise, all proposals from consultants involved in the elaboration of the present Terms of Reference will be rejected.
