Sutartis galioja 12 mėn. nuo jos įsigaliojimo dienos. Jeigu likus mėnesiui iki Sutarties galiojimo termino pabaigos nė viena iš Šalių raštu nepareiškia noro nutraukti Sutartį, Sutarties galiojimo terminas automatiškai pratęsiamas 12 mėn., nesudarant atskiro rašytinio Šalių susitarimo. Bendras Sutarties galiojimo terminas negali būti ilgesnis kaip 37 mėn., įskaitant 1 mėnesio apmokėjimo terminą.
