The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to competitively establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) to Identified Users for the supply, delivery, installation, integration, configuration, warranty, support and maintenance of Electronic Fingerprint Capture Devices (EFCDs), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Servers - Single Point of Interface (SPOI) Servers. This requirement includes hardware, software, documentation, and all other components/deliverables (excluding Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) required to provide fully operational EFCDs or SMTP-SPOI Servers that satisfies the requirements as stated throughout this RFSO.

The period of the Standing Offer will be for a period of two years following award date. The Standing Offer will have the irrevocable option to be extended for four (4) additional two (2) year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This procurement is subject to the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements. 

This procurement is not set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB).
