The study will present and describe the most important evolutions in the letter and parcel delivery markets of all the EEA Member States in the reference period (2017-2021), assessing the role of new technologies and business models and their effects on competition and employment. It will also consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the postal sector and the evolutions therein, looking at how the most significant trends may be impacted.
