The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, invites sealed bids for the provision of various types of Basic and Customized Dignity/ Hygiene Kits for its programme in Syria.

Bidding shall be conducted through two sealed envelopes. One is for technical bid containing the technical specifications and the other one is for the financial bid containing price information. Both envelops shall be submitted together at the deadline specified here below. For electronic submission, the two bids shall be submitted to bidtender@unfpa.org in two separate emails and the financial bid shall be protected by a password. The password will be requested from the technically qualified bidder at later stage. The Bidder shall be required to quote for all items. To enable you to submit a bid, please read the enclosed documents carefully. 

The bid shall reach UNFPA’s reception or the email inbox of bidtender@unfpa.org no later than Tuesday  24th of August, 2021, at 12:00PM Damascus time [1]. While free unreturnable samples shall be submitted to UNFPA office located at below address no later than Tuesday 31st of August, 2021 at 16:00 Damascus time.
