UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN’S FUND (UNICEF) in Ukraine wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for UNICEF tender for services:
MENTAL HEALTH & PSYCHOSOCIAL WELLBEING REAL-TIME MONITORING BY USING BIG DATA SOURCE OF INFORMATION.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 10 September 2021, 15:00 Kyiv time.
Questions submission deadline: 09 September 2021 inclusive.
Please note that tender proposals have to be submitted only to one e-mail address: ukrtender@unicef.org with the subject of e-mail: LRPS-2021-9169749.
E-mail must contain two separate files attached: Technical proposal and Financial proposal each protected by a password. No price information should be contained in the technical proposal. The password shall not be included in the e-mail with submitted proposals and shall be provided to UNICEF only upon separate request of UNICEF to provide the password.
Proposals not conforming to aforesaid requirements will be disqualified.
