Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia is seeking an International institution to submit a proposal for Designing and producing online modules and learning content for "Towards a Professional and Citizen-Centered Civil Service in Mongolia project" project.

The detailed information can be found in the Request for Proposal RFP/2021/036 including the Terms of Reference which is available in the attachment.  

The Offerors are strongly recommended to thoroughly examine the bid solicitation document RFP/2021/036 in preparing your technical and financial proposals.

Proposals must be submitted via e-mail on or before 18.00pm, 3 September 2021, Ulaanbaatar time (GMT +08:00), at the below address:
