The purpose of this project is to support the preparation and implementation of mature projects in the transport sector. The project will focus on the following sub-sectors: roads, rail and maritime.

The results will be achieved through the provision of technical and management expertise carefully targeted to the needs of the transport sector staff. The PPF (Project Preparation Facility) will be provided through a decentralised 'Resource Centre' approach.
