Tender Details
There are three main objectives for this sourcing activity (project):
-
Produce a multivariate bias corrected dataset of NARCliM1.0 and NARCliM1.5 for daily variables, for example, surface temperature (mean, minimum and maximum), precipitation, humidity, evaporation, surface pressure and surface wind speed. Note that:
-
The variables to be bias corrected can be two or three dimensional (longitude, latitude, height) all two-dimensional over time.
-
The daily outputted data at 10km scale is 65GB per variable for the 60 years of twelve NARCliM1.0 downscaled regional models.
-
The daily outputted data at 10km scale is 66GB per variable for 150 years of eight NARCliM1.5 downscaled regional models.
-
Train a small group of DPIE staff in the multi-variate bias correction method applied in this project so it can easily be applied for other variables, models or temporal frequencies as requested by users.
-
Supply accompanying methodology, code and a technical report.
