Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified local firm to develop of a mobile app for an integrated dengue early warning system driven by Earth observations in Vietnam (Ref. 2-191001).

The objective of the assignment is to develop and link a Mobile App that to the D-MOSS system for disseminating Dengue early forecasting information to subscribed health authorities in Viet Nam. The App is expected to facilitate the D-MOSS users at central level to select warning information produced by the system and disseminate to the secondary users (locally subscribed health authorities) news about dengue and weather information via mobile SMS and other the selected channels that are available and commonly used by wide health authorities.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Proposal with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria as well as Submission forms are in the attached files.
