Overview :

The United Nations (UN) system in Namibia under the leadership of the Resident Coordinator and technical leadership of UNDP in collaboration with the Government of the Republic of Namibia (GRN) through the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the National Planning Commission (NPC) was awarded funding from the SDG Fund to support its Joint Programme (JP). The primary objective of the assignment at country level is to leverage the national consultancy to anchor the process as part of the ongoing INFF related agenda, support and assist the second and third steps conducted by the international consultant, in domestic communication, conducting national stakeholders’ engagements, interviews facilitation, on-the-ground knowledge sharing, and all the other on-the-ground assistance requested by the international consultant. The national consultant will collaborate with and work under the direct supervision of the International Consultant of the feasibility study to jointly produce an assessment report on financing data management systems at both global and the individual country level.

To assist you in applying and understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following:

a) The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;

b) The Offerors Letter of Confirmation of Interest, Availability and submission of financial proposal, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and

c) The General Terms and Conditions of the Individual Contract.
