Dear Sir / Madam,

We kindly request you to submit your proposal on consultancy opportunity for National Expert on Knowledge Management and Youth engagement during GEF/UNDP SGP Belarus 7th Operational Period (OP7) (announced at the request of UNOPS). 

When preparing your proposal, please be guided by Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4. The full tender document (Procurement Notice) is attached to this announcement.
