The Department of National Defence has a requirement to procure nicotine lozenges. The nicotine lozenges required are in three (3) strengths (1mg, 2mg, and 4mg) and are to be provided on an as-and-when requested basis and delivered by DND’s chosen Distributor to the military bases across Canada.
Requested Standing Offer (SO) period is Standing Offer award to 31 March 2023 with three (3) additional one (1) year optional periods.
