The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the special conditions by submitting:

- License for performing energy activity electricity supply issued by the Regulatory

Commission for Energy and Water Services of the Republic of North Macedonia,

- EIC code, issued by AD MEPSO for electricity supply,

- if the bidder is BOS (Balance Responsible Party), should submit a Balance Liability Agreement,

- if the bidder is part of BG (Balancing Group), should submit a Balance Liability Agreement from the Balancing Responsible

Party and document for assuming balance responsibility by the Balancing Responsible Party for

the bidder,

- Agreement that is registered as a participant in the electricity market in accordance

with Electricity market rules.

- a statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years the economic operator or the person who

is a member of the managing or supervisory body of that economic operator or has the power to represent

or supervise or supervise it in the last five years has not pronounced final court verdict for a felony which

has elements of the criminal offenses of participation in criminal association, corruption, tax evasion and

contributions, terrorism or criminal offenses related to terrorist activities, money laundering and finansing

terrorism and child labor and human trafficking set out in the Criminal Code.

- confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

- confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

- certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the

economic operator is registered;

- confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no

secondary penalty — ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and

contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced;

- confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no

secondary penalty — temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced;
