This post-closing amendment to the Request for Quote (RFQ):
1) Revises the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) in Section B to reflect the changes to Section C and J;
2) Changes C.2.1.1.19 and C.2.1.1.20 to require replacement rather than repair, and changes the requirement to apply to the base period only;
3) Changes C.2.1.1.23 to require replacement rather than repair;
3) Revises Section J, Attachment F, to reflect a quantity of seven tests rather than six for locations requiring monthly testing from April-October.
