Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid - TIS (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding a framework agreement for the purchase of licences, including purchase, hire, maintenance, supplementation, management, administration and consulting, etc. for the Contracting Authority’s member municipalities. The agreement includes volume licence contracts/volumizing and is focused on the distributor link.

The purpose of the framework agreement is the purchase of licenses, administration and assistance related to licence agreements with a large volume to the Contracting Authority's member municipalities. The agreement includes volume licence contracts/volumizing (LAR status).

The Contracting Authority currently uses the following products: Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware. There are different uses of licences in the individual municipalities.
