The procurement is estimated to approx. NOK 1.2 a year for the municipality. The options are, in total, estimated to be approx. NOK 1 million a year. The values are an estimate and are not binding for the contracting authority.

Sub-tenders/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR section 19-4, but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.
Contract
The contractual relationship is in accordance with NS9430:2013, with form and attached contract appendix.
The contract will be valid from and including 2022-05-01 until and including 2026-04-30, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 4 years, 24 months at a time.
The following has been decided for form 9430: Point 3: The assignment is described in the contract documents. Point 6: Collection plan - the waste must be collected in accordance with the collection plan prepared by the tenderer and approved by the contracting authority. Point 7: Contract period - 4 years. Option: Extension for 4 years with 2 years at a time (2+2). Point 9: Mark-up for documented costs excluding VAT for changes where there are no usable unit prices in the contract: 10%. Point 11: The tenderer must provide security for its contractual obligations with NOK x equivalent to 10% of the annual contract sum. Point 11.2: The contracting authority will not provide security. Point 12: The tenderer has liability insurance. The tenderer must present an insurance certificate for inspection at the latest 14 days after the contract is signed. Point 13: Special terms: See the contest's annex 3. Annex to form 9430 point 13.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 - one tenderer.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
There will be follow-up of the signed contract in accordance with annex 6 twice in the start-up year and otherwise once a year.
