Tenderers must offer an ongoing stock service that includes at least four (4) persons who will carry out work assignments such as goods reception, loading, unloading, sorting, quality control, labelling, and maintenance, etc., in the contracting authority's warehouse. The work also includes, amongst other things, responsibility for handling critical stand-by materiel, including transformer stock (own and commission stock), as well as keeping records of substances and products.
As the stock workers must handle complicated electrotechnical equipment and important stand-by materiel, the personnel are required to have minimum three years experience with stock and/or logistics work for equivalent entities to Fagne AS.
The stock and logistics also are responsible for annual inspections of lifting, AUS and climbing, and fall protection equipment. At least one person at the tenderer will carry out inspections and certifications of climbing and fall protection equipment, as well as high voltage service and earthing apparatuses.
Of the four (4) persons that are offered, three (3) will carry out stock management assignments, whilst one (1) person will have the main responsibility for managing Fagne AS' framework agreements within the 'electrotechnical materiel' category, including making several daily call-offs under the framework agreement(s) in line with internal work and orders.
Tenderers must also be able to provide replacement personnel in cases of long term sick leave, etc.
If tenderers need to inspect the warehouse before submitting a tender, they must state this in their request for participation in the contest. The contracting authority will then organise a joint site inspection for the tenderers that will be invited to submit a tender. Tenderers must, therefore, be prepared to attend at short notice.
The warehouse is open between 07:30 - 15:00. At least three employees must be present in the warehouse during these hours to carry out stock management assignments (excluding the person who is responsible for call-offs for electrotechnical materiel).
See the requirements specification in annex 1 of the contract ('Requirements Specification') for further details of the procurement and the requirements for the offered personnel.
