Justification for cancellation

Following point the tender documentation point 3.1 Price, the contracting authority intends to evaluate both total price and weighted discount rate (50/50). This is also reflected in the price form attached to the tender documentation. However, in point 1.6 Award Criteria, it appears that the total price is weighted 100%.

The above mentioned ambiguity can only be corrected by cancelling the contest and publishing a new contest.
