Framework agreement related organisational development. The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year extension.
Principle focus areas for organisational development are:
- SPK - the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund shall develop a culture for continuous improvements, innovative ability process thinking and efficient deliveries.
- SPK - the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund shall develop the management and the leadership as a measure to achieve good results in the short and long term. SPK shall develop a good change management and change competence.
- Developing SPK's employees is essential to the success of our strategy. SPK wants to develop employees who take responsibility for the development of their own organisation. SPK must have the appropriate available competence to deliver in accordance with the prioritized tasks and the strategic goals.
- SPK shall comply with the society's requirements for digitization. SPK shall be a workplace that supports flexible working methods.
- SPK wants to address the need for organizational development assistance through the framework agreement. Nevertheless, SPK reserves the right to obtain assistance from other providers if SPK deems it appropriate.
