Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) needs canteen services in Herslebs gate 5 and Tvetenveien 20, as well av a need for the delivery of catering services (course/meeting food/catering), and catering at various events for our employees. There is a need for catering services (meeting and course food/catering) at all our locations.

Canteen services for Tvetenveien 20 and Herslebs gate 5 include reservations regarding change of locations / addresses, or partial termination when moving from our current premises to our new premises.

The framework agreement is non-exclusive. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter agreements / contracts that are partially overlapping the framework agreement with other tenderes when deemed appropriate.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) needs canteen services in Herslebs gate 5 and Tvetenveien 20, as well av a need for the delivery of catering services (course/meeting food/catering), and catering at various events for our employees. There is a need for catering services (meeting and course food/catering) at all our locations.

The framework agreement is non-exclusive. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter agreements / contracts that are partially overlapping the framework agreement with other tenderes when deemed appropriate.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 38,200,000 excluding VAT and including options. The value is calculated on the basis of VAVs payments to suppliers, as well as canteen sales.

The concrete call-offs are dependent on the departments changing need during the agreement period. It is emphasized that the framework agreement does not entail any purchase obligation for VAV.
