II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The contract is for the recreational areas belonging to Bygdø Kongsgård, with an option for the recreational area belonging to Oscarshall. The contract does not include the royal family´s private property (Bygdø Kongsgård and Oscarshall).
The recreational areas are important recreation areas for a large number of persons. The aim of this contract is to ensure that the recreational areas appear clean and tidy year round. The management assignments mainly consist of waste management, tidying, cleaning toilets, and ordinary green management.
Tenderers are required to participate in site inspections at the properties and take their own measurements/assessments of the scope of the work.
