III.1.2)Economic and financial standingList and brief description of selection criteria:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must be credit worthy equivalent to A (Bisnode, Experia, or similar). The report must not be older than 6 months and it must be based on the last known accounting figures. In addition tenderers must submit an overview of any significant incidents that have occurred after the most recently audited financial statements were issued. If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above-mentioned documentation requirements, the contracting authority will assess other suitable documentation if this is submitted together with the enquiry.
III.1.3)Technical and professional abilityList and brief description of selection criteria:
It is the electricity provider's assignment to see to all administrative assignments and costs for the network owner as regards registration, imbalance settlements, fees, collection equipment, etc. The National Library of Norway in Rana currently has transfer contracts with a local network owner, Helgeland Kraft AS, and is, therefore, invoiced for transfer costs. The same applies to Hafslund ASA and the National Library of Norway in Oslo.
