The Performance Management and Procurements Department (VA) is making this procurement on

behalf of the Digital Services Department ('DT'). DT operates central ICT systems for 12

ministries and DSS, which are on a joint ICT platform, in addition to local systems internally in

DSS. The ICT systems include, amongst other things, network, telephony, databases and applications. DSS has entered into service contracts with the ministries for central systems that define requirements for the content of the service. The ICT Department is also responsible for licence and order management for all entities that are connected to the joint ICT platform. In addition the department works

on facilitating information for the public and the ministries, including on

the ministries' graphical profile, information material for the ministries, as well as the operation and

development of internal and external websites.

The aim is to establish a new framework agreement for consultant communication services within the ICT field.
