II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The framework agreement will cover the Norwegian Defence's need for service and maintenance of computer equipment, delivery and assembly of additional equipment/spare parts, as well as stockpiles of a selection of critical spare parts located in Norway, and services connected to this. The Norwegian Defence currently has 16 dental surgeries nationwide.
The framework agreement mainly includes the following:
— preventative maintenance,
— corrective maintenance,
— critical spare parts stocks located in Norway.
The framework agreement also includes the following related services:
— delivery and assembly of spare parts that are necessary as a part of the maintenance,
— troubleshooting and coordination before maintenance is carried out,
— reception control,
— prepare an annual plan for preventive maintenance in consultation with the contracting authority,
— courses/training,
— miscellaneous.
It is a prerequisite that the tenderer is capable of delivering what the contracting authority requests nationwide.

Qualification requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirements: Norwegian tenderers — company registration certificate. Foreign companies: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standingList and brief description of selection criteria:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
A credit rating of 'credit worthy' or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
Documentation requirement: credit rating from a certified credit rating agency, based on the last accounting data. The rating must not be older than 3 months.
III.1.3)Technical and professional abilityList and brief description of selection criteria:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have good experience from similar assignments.
Documentation requirement: an overview of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of deliveries that the tenderer carried out more than 3 years ago can also be taken into consideration. The overview must include an indication of:
— the assignment value,
— date.
• Recipient
— brief description of the assignment.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.
Documentation requirement: tenderers must describe their methods for quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
Qualification requirement: The tenderer shall have a good environmental management system. Documentation requirement: A description of the environmental management measures that have been implemented in the company. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, Eco-Lighthouse or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
