The contest is for the operation of bus services, primarily in Oslo, but some of the bus routes also go into Viken County.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for two route areas:
• Route area 1 Oslo north east (hereafter Ro 1)
• Route area 2 Oslo south east (hereafter Ro 2)
Tenders can be submitted for one or both route areas, each route area will be awarded separately.
For RO 2, tenderers must submit a tender for a basic offer and an option, where the latter, in addition to the basic offer, also includes Line 23. This means that tenders for the option must include Line 23 in addition to the transport services that are already included in the basic offer.
The routes have an estimated 9.1 million kilometers for both route areas, including the option for Ro 2. Ruter estimates that there will be a need for approx. 145 scheduled buses in order to cover the routes.
The entire route service must be zero-emission from the start-up date.
