Bærum municipal, c/o the Property Department wants to hold a dialogue conference with the market to clarify what are available and how relevant suppliers can meet the municipality's need for centralised management and operation of the property portfolio from a central hub, via a BAS Application, henceforth referred to as "Smart Styring Plattform" ["the Smart Management Platform"].

In the long term, the system must cover all of the municipal buildings that are relevant for connection to the municipal property network (the building technical network). Bærum municipality wants to consider integration towards the central BAS application for 11 pilot properties The municipality shall procure a system that supports effective monitoring and operation of the municipality's property portfolio, as well as contribute to centralised management and control from the municipality's control centre. This control centre is subject to an individual establishment and is not included in this contract.

We would like to have a dialogue with the market in order to get feedback and look at different systems for centralised control and operation by using a smart and innovative technology. Based on the obtained information and the basis from the dialogue conference, an assessment will be made on whether this will be continued as an invitation to an open tender contest.

All registered suppliers are invited to a joint information meeting via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 02-11-2021, between 09:00 and 09:30 At the end of the information meeting, all registered suppliers will be given 45 minutes for presentations of t their systems via Microsoft Teams.
