The framework agreement will apply to Nordre Follo Municipality, including all associated units. On a daily basis, the departments Byggdrift and Byggutvikling will be the largest users of the agreement.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of external sun shading (mechanically and manually)

The agreement shall also include assembly and installation, as well as repair and delivery of parts of existing systems.

The agreement does not include electrical installation services, and the supplier must therefore arrange for an external electrician to connect to controls where needed. The contracting authority has a separate framework agreement for this service.

Nor do the agreement include internal sun shading, or assignments related to building and construction contracts.

The total value is estimated to be between NOK 6,000,000 and NOK 7,000,000

excluding VAT for four years (2+1+1).

The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value for the contract period is only an estimate

and entails no purchase obligation for the Contracting Authority.
