The assignment concerns driving elderly persons to and from day centres. The transport will be according to a varied schedule within a limited area of the municipality. As the schedule will vary from week to week, the nursing homes will send the schedule to the tenderer weekly. Some users require a minibus with a wheelchair ramp for the transport.

Transport of disabled persons to and from work and activity centres. The transport will be on a stable schedule that is given in the specified schedules below (the chosen tenderer will get specific addresses).
If there is a change to the schedules during the contract period, they will be updated accordingly by the contracting authority and sent to the tenderer. It is a prerequisite that the users can arrive at the day centre and be collected according to the given times in the specified schedules. Changes to the times will be made in accordance with the users' needs without extra invoicing.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The assignment concerns the transport of pupils to and from school. This concerns transporting pupils who have a dangerous route to school, transporting pupils in the winter, and transporting pupils to and from the reception class at Sande School.
The assignment will end if Kolumbus put ordinary scheduled buses along the stretch. The need for some transport could also end if stretches are improved, for example, by a cycle path, subway, or bridge over busy roads.
The need for transport due to a dangerous road and transport in the winter will change in each term. Each school will update their routes as regards the changes each term, and send the new routes at the start of each term to the tenderer. If there are changes during a term, the school in question will update the routes accordingly and inform the tenderer of this. The transport of pupils to and from the reception class at Sande School will be according to a less stable schedule. It is a prerequisite that the pupils arrive at the schools and are collected at the stated times in the specified schedules.
