Due to staff holidays, leave, vacancies and sick leave, the Contracting Authority has a need for nurses, auxiliary nurses and health workers who can undertake temporary staff services. This concerns personnel for longer or shorter assignments, both planned and acute assignments. The contracting authority's internal commissioners will be the environmental service and the nursing and care service.
The Environmental service may require temporary staff in residences for persons with disabilities or serious mental illness, in the mental health service, and drug and alcohol abuse work. The work will consist of both health help, practical assistance and training, and support person assignments. The nursing and
care service principal need is for temporary staff in the nursing home department (both somatic and sheltered departments for persons with dementia), in the home care service (both in the form of district nursing - health help and home help - practical assistance), in day centres for persons with dementia, and other health and care services that are carried out in patients' private homes. Temporary staff in the nursing home department must reckon on carrying out some work assignments in the home care service if there is only one nurse at work. The units have some patients/users
that they cooperate on and in these cases temporary staff can be used across the units.
The contract will function as a parallel framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers being contracted. The contracting authority wishes to emphasise that the tender should be in accordance with the instructions described in this document. Incomplete tender responses, or responses containing reservations, errors or ambiguities that may create doubt about how the tender should be assessed, will be rejected.
