The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ConvergeOne Government Solutions, LLC. located at 350 Clark Dr., STE 120, Budd Lake, NJ, 07828 for the purchase of renewing telephone server maintenance and software assurance support of NEC equipment. The requirement will have a Period of Performance (PoP) is for one year commencing on October 1, 2019. ConvergeOne provides personnel who possess the skills necessary to provide repair support and troubleshooting of National Background Investigations Bureau's three NEC SV9500 voice servers, Global Navigator (GNAV), UM4730 voicemail, and Queworx IVR systems. Due to recently completed upgrades on all three NEC telephone systems to SV9500 NEC continues to provide warranty coverage through ConvergeOne.

The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill this requirement as ConvergeOne is the only vendor to maintain these warranties.


This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email to scott.amos@opm.gov by 8:00 am Eastern time September 26, 2019. Telephone calls regarding this matter will be not be accepted nor returned.
