"Development and implementation of a custom ServiceNow application on an existing instance of the platform to support the management and processing of opals claims (as documented in the Business Requirements), including:
•Defining appropriate customer relationship management structures for capturing and maintaining opal claim information.
•Development of a portal or similar for direct entry of data by Mining Exploration and Geoscience (MEG) customers,
•Workflow processing tools, with options for approval and re-assignment, and
•Migration of data held in the existing Opal Claims System, with mapping to relevant areas and fields within the new application or storage if the data is unlikely to be utilised by the business in the future."
