UPDATE 27 July:

The Government released a "Desired Capabilities" letter today (26Jul2018) to all vetted data custodians listed on the previously submitted Contractor-submitted and Government-approved DD 2345. The letter contains capabilities with initial threshold (T) and objective (O) performance measures. The letter requests industry to assess their ability to provide the capabilities described within it so that the Government can further refine performance measures in future requirements documents in advance of a request for proposal (RFP) release. Industry feedback can take any form desired but should be provided to the points of contact within the letter no later than 6 August 2018.

If you/your company would like to be added to the Government's distribution list for the NGCV-OMFV requirement, you must have an approved and current DD 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. The United States - Canada Joint Certification Program Office is the approver of these forms. For more information, please visit their website https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. We will only be providing the FOUO information to the custodian listed on the DD 2345 form.

To initiate the process, please send an email request to BOTH Mr. Keith DePoorter (keith.d.depoorter.civ@mail.mil) and Mr. Frank Wojcik (francis.a.wojcik.civ@mail.mil). Your request should contain the following:
• Your Company's name and address
• Your Name, Title, Office phone number and email address
• Copy of the signed DD2345

The USG will respond to requests within three (3) business days.

Please be advised, once your request has been approved, you will automatically receive any updated or additional FOUO information that becomes releasable during the pre-solicitation phase.
